The QUEST Tool had an update with improved accesibility and simpler usability for users. The Tool helps you to easily predict the financial added value of specific Quality Management Services to your building projects. The objective is to make it easier for investors and owners to assess which services are most beneficial for them to integrate into their building projects to guarantee the quality of the building performance.

By implementing Quality Management Services (i.e. Technical Monitoring, Building Commissioning, Green Building Certification), owners & investors can be more certain that their expectations during the (pre-)design phase of the project are met once the building units are operational. In many cases the predicted performance of buildings during the design phase don't align with the actual performance once its operational, in turn this has a negative impact on the building value and risks the financial investments.
